Composed of leaders from diverse backgrounds in education, business, nonprofit work, and community development, our board provides strategic guidance, governance, and unwavering support for our long-term goals. Each member brings a unique perspective and deep commitment to ensuring that our organization continues to grow with integrity, purpose, and impact. Together, they help shape a future rooted in innovation, accountability, and the belief that every child deserves an extraordinary education.​

Michael Struck serves as President of the Board of Trustees for Agape Education Foundation, bringing over three decades of executive-level leadership in technology, infrastructure, and organizational operations to the role. A highly respected technical strategist, Michael has successfully led global teams, directed multi-million-dollar initiatives, and driven innovation for some of the most recognized organizations in healthcare, media, and enterprise technology.

Throughout his career, Michael has held senior leadership positions with industry leaders such as Rubrik, Nutanix, Oregon Health & Science University, Getty Images, The Walt Disney Company, and Providence Health & Services. His expertise spans data center operations, disaster recovery, cybersecurity compliance, and large-scale service delivery. Known for building scalable systems and empowering high-performance teams, he is a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology and business strategy.

As Board President, Michael brings this same level of operational excellence and visionary leadership to Agape Education Foundation. He is committed to strengthening Agape’s infrastructure, advancing its mission of whole-child education, and ensuring the organization operates with sustainability, integrity, and a forward-thinking approach. His leadership from a distance is a testimony to his dedication to this service role. While residing in the Pacific Northwest with his family, Michael remains deeply engaged with Agape’s growth and continues to mentor emerging leaders across industries—believing that the greatest impact is made when innovation and compassion intersect.

Michael Struck

Board President (Role in Formation)

Michael Struck serves as President of the Board of Trustees for Agape Education Foundation, bringing over three decades of executive-level leadership in technology, infrastructure, and organizational operations to the role. Kyle Hensley is a decorated military veteran, seasoned law enforcement officer, and committed public servant who brings decades of leadership, service, and protective expertise to the Agape School House Board. A proud veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army, Kyle exemplifies discipline, integrity, and a mission-driven mindset rooted in service to others.
He has served in law enforcement since 2016 and currently serves with the College Station Police Department, where he holds the distinguished Master Peace Officer License—the highest level of licensure for Texas peace officers. He is a graduate of the TEEX Central Texas Police Academy, operated through the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service, and brings advanced training in crisis response, community policing, and public safety.
Kyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and is also a federally licensed drone pilot, certified to operate unmanned aerial systems in support of law enforcement, search and rescue, and emergency operations.
As a member of the Agape School House Board, Kyle provides critical insight into school safety, emergency preparedness, and legal compliance, ensuring that students and staff are protected within a safe and responsive environment. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to family, service, and the core values that shape strong communities.

Kyle Hensley

Chair of Safety & Operations Oversight

Kyle Hensley is a decorated military veteran, seasoned law enforcement officer, and committed public servant who brings decades of leadership, service, and protective expertise to the Agape School House Board. A proud veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army, Kyle exemplifies discipline, integrity, and a mission-driven mindset rooted in service to others.
He has served in law enforcement since 2016 and currently serves with the College Station Police Department, where he holds the distinguished Master Peace Officer License—the highest level of licensure for Texas peace officers. NaKeatha Hodge is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience supporting the emotional and academic well-being of children and families. In her role as Director of Mental Health & Student Services for Agape School House, she brings deep expertise in trauma-informed care, school-based interventions, and culturally responsive counseling.
NaKeatha holds dual master’s degrees in Counseling & Educational Leadership and in Marriage & Family Therapy from Prairie View A&M University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. Her clinical training is grounded in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a commitment to serving diverse learners through both school and community-based platforms.
Her professional background includes serving as a K–12 school counselor, volunteer trauma counselor, behavior specialist, and elementary educator. At International Leadership of Texas, she led SEL groups, managed crisis response protocols, and coordinated mental health referrals through the TCHATT system. She also designed behavior intervention plans and integrated emotional learning into academic settings throughout her teaching career.
NaKeatha is a member of the American Counseling Association and brings a collaborative, holistic lens to the board’s student wellness and equity initiatives. With flexible availability and a deep dedication to family-centered care, she ensures that every learner’s mental health needs are addressed with compassion and professionalism.

Nakeatha Hodge

Secretary & Chair of Wellness & Mental Health Initiatives

NaKeatha Hodge is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) and seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience supporting the emotional and academic well-being of children and families. With a prior career as a Juvenile Supervision Officer and a degree in criminal justice, Kenya integrates restorative practices and educational justice into every level of her work. Her personal journey as a mother and advocate fuels her unwavering commitment to ensuring that every child is seen, valued, and supported.

Kenya Hensley

Founder & VP (Chair of Strategic Vision and Innovation)

Tracey Calanog is a servant leader, community advocate, and the current Board Treasurer for Agape School House. She is the Executive Director and co-founder of the Trafficking and Exploitation Action Network (TEAN), where she leads trauma-informed outreach and survivor support services across the Brazos Valley.

With a heart for both education and community empowerment, Tracey has served as PTO President at her sons’ public school, Treasurer for military family readiness programs, and an active member of the Lions Club, where she contributes to local service projects supporting children, families, and health initiatives.

A Jefferson Award for Public Service recipient, Tracey has also held leadership roles in mental health coalitions, youth sports programs, and crisis response teams. She is known for her behind-the-scenes dedication, strong ethical stewardship, and commitment to ensuring every child and family has the support they need to thrive.

Tracey Calanog

Treasurer

Tracey Calanog is a servant leader, community advocate, and the current Board Treasurer for Agape School House. She is the Executive Director and co-founder of the Trafficking and Exploitation Action Network (TEAN), where she leads trauma-informed outreach and survivor support services across the Brazos Valley.

With a heart for both education and community empowerment, Tracey has served as PTO President at her sons’ public school, Treasurer for military family readiness programs, and an active member of the Lions Club, where she contributes to local service projects supporting children, families, and health initiatives.

Amy Long brings a powerful blend of service, protection, and leadership to her role as a Board Member for the Agape Education Foundation. With over four years of experience at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS)—where she currently serves as an Investigations Supervisor—Amy is deeply committed to child welfare, family advocacy, and trauma-informed intervention.

Before her current leadership role, Amy worked as a Conservatorship Case Manager, supporting vulnerable children and families through crisis and transition. Her career in protective services is rooted in her early work as a Residential Treatment Officer at the Krier Treatment Facility in Bexar County, where she supported at-risk youth in a secure therapeutic setting.

A proud United States Marine Corps veteran, Amy served for eight years with strength, discipline, and a deep sense of mission—values she now channels into both her professional and volunteer service.

Amy is also an intern with A-21 Freedom Fighters, an organization focused on combating human trafficking and supporting survivors. Her work in prevention, intervention, and survivor advocacy aligns closely with Agape’s mission to provide wraparound support for families and children navigating complex life circumstances.

As a mother of seven and caregiver to three dogs, Amy values the healing power of nature, family, and faith. Her favorite place is anywhere near the ocean, where she finds peace and perspective—"The ocean reminds me of how small I am and how big God is."

Amy’s lived experience, professional insight, and unwavering commitment to protecting children make her an invaluable voice on the Agape board.
